El avance del equipo digital al cierre de agosto: qué quedó terminado estas semanas y qué corre esta semana y durante septiembre. Los resultados de la pauta van en su propio reporte.

Hecho Terminado en las últimas semanas

Test de pauta de agosto: terminado y analizado. Cumplió sus cuatro metas; el detalle y la recomendación para la siguiente ronda van en el reporte de resultados que acompaña este avance.
Medición de reservas: la mitad del circuito ya está viva. El pixel de Meta funciona en miamar.com, el clic hacia el motor de reservas ya se registra, el motor tiene Google Analytics, y la medición entre los dos dominios quedó configurada el 31 de agosto. Faltan dos piezas del lado de Coral (el pixel dentro del motor y el evento de compra con monto); ya están solicitadas y confirmadas en proceso.
Sitio nuevo de Vuelto Loco: construido y publicado. 59 páginas, con página dedicada de avistamiento de ballenas. Solo falta el cambio de dominio para que vueltolococharters.com apunte al sitio nuevo.
Estrategia de blog de Miamar: lista. Construida con datos de búsqueda de EE. UU.; 12 artículos priorizados. El hallazgo central: "costa rica adults only all inclusive" registra 6,600 búsquedas mensuales y creció 124% en un año, y Miamar es de las pocas propiedades realmente solo para adultos en Manuel Antonio.
Coordinación con Coral en marcha. Tres solicitudes enviadas: el pixel en el motor de reservas, acceso al Tag Manager del sitio, y la sección de blog en miamar.com con su flujo de publicación.

Ahora Esta semana y septiembre

Reels nuevos de Miamar. Ya tenemos casi todo el material en bruto que filmó Benjamin; se entregaron apenas unos pocos reels editados. Cortamos una serie nueva de reels cortos con las suites al frente, para la pauta y el contenido orgánico.
Segunda ronda de pauta en Meta, si se aprueba la recomendación del reporte: la estructura probada, al nivel de presupuesto que los datos ganaron, con los creativos nuevos.
Campaña de ballenas (Parador y Vuelto Loco). Creativos nuevos desde el material en bruto, con voz en off propia en lugar de la voz artificial. Destino: la página de ballenas del sitio nuevo, al completar el cambio de dominio.
Reserva de prueba cuando Coral confirme sus dos piezas: verificamos el circuito completo, del anuncio a la reserva con monto. Con eso listo llega la propuesta de campañas de reservas.
Primer artículo del blog apenas Coral confirme dónde vive el blog y quién publica.
Enlaces cruzados entre propiedades. La portada de miamar.com menciona charters, snorkel y pesca deportiva sin enlazar a nadie; vamos a pedir que esos textos enlacen a Vuelto Loco, y los tours a Quepos Verde Aventura. Cada enlace entre nuestras marcas suma autoridad de búsqueda al grupo.

El hilo que conecta todo: septiembre a noviembre es la ventana en que el viajero de EE. UU. decide su viaje de temporada alta. Audiencia, medición, blog y sitio nuevo apuntan a llegar a esa ventana con el embudo completo funcionando.

What got done, and what September holds.

The digital team's update at the close of August: what was finished these past weeks and what runs this week and through September. The ad results have their own report.

Done Finished in recent weeks

August ad test: finished and analyzed. It met all four of its goals; the detail and the recommendation for the next round are in the results report that accompanies this update.
Reservation tracking: half the loop is already live. The Meta pixel works on miamar.com, clicks to the booking engine are recorded, the engine carries Google Analytics, and cross-domain measurement between the two was configured August 31. Two pieces remain on Coral's side (the pixel inside the engine and the purchase event with amounts); both are requested and confirmed in progress.
New Vuelto Loco website: built and published. 59 pages, including a dedicated whale watching page. Only the domain switch remains for vueltolococharters.com to point at the new site.
Miamar blog strategy: ready. Built from US search data, with 12 articles prioritized. The central finding: "costa rica adults only all inclusive" gets 6,600 monthly searches and grew 124% in a year, and Miamar is one of the few genuinely adults-only properties in Manuel Antonio.
Coordination with Coral underway. Three requests sent: the pixel on the booking engine, access to the site's Tag Manager, and the blog section on miamar.com with its publishing flow.

Now This week and September

New Miamar reels. We now hold almost all the raw footage Benjamin shot; only a handful of edited reels were delivered. We are cutting a new series of short reels with the suites up front, for the ads and for organic content.
A second Meta ad round, if the report's recommendation is approved: the proven structure, at the budget tier the data earned, with the new creative.
Whale campaign (Parador and Vuelto Loco). New creative from the raw footage, with a real voiceover replacing the artificial one. Destination: the whale page on the new site, once the domain switch completes.
A test booking once Coral confirms their two pieces: we verify the full loop, from ad to reservation with its amount. With that live, the booking campaign proposal follows.
First blog article as soon as Coral confirms where the blog lives and who publishes.
Cross-property links. The miamar.com homepage mentions charters, snorkeling and sportfishing without linking anywhere; we will ask for those texts to link to Vuelto Loco, and the tour mentions to Quepos Verde Aventura. Every link between our brands adds search authority to the group.

The thread connecting it all: September through November is the window when US travelers decide their high season trip. Audience, tracking, blog and the new site all aim at reaching that window with the full funnel working.
